How do i register for a FREE amazing trip???
Application Step 1:
On September 14th at 10 am ET (for FIRST TIME applicants) or September 13 at noon ET (for RETURNING applicants), Click on the “Register Now” link on this website, taking you to the online application on Taglit-Birthright Israel’s website. Registering on the first day is important as trips fill up quickly! Due to the large amount of applicants, the online registration system may crash, just keep trying until you manage to finish your registration!
PLEASE provide accurate e-mail addresses and phone numbers in your application. We will be using the information that you provide to be in contact with you throughout the application process |
Application Step 2:
Your application is only considered complete once you submit the fully refundable $250 deposit.
You can have it returned to you at anytime, but it is highly recommended that you pay it when you register either via credit card or bank transfer.
Application Step 3:
If you were not waitlisted, you will be contacted by an amazing israel rep. in order to conduct your interview.
Application Step 4:
A) Forms: If you are accepted to an AMAZING ISRAEL program we will send you a medical form. Which MUST be submitted by the deadline that will be set by AI. Failure to do so could result in your removal from your trip.
B) Secondary application: If you are accepted to an AMAZING ISRAEL program we will send you the AI Secondary application which must be completed in full and by the designated date.
Anything I should know?
1) Registration day is crazy! Grab a cup of coffee and a good book and sit infront of your computer. Don't worry if the server times out on you - it happens all the time. Just be patient. The first day of registration IS NOT first come first serve - so take your time on the opening day!
2) Amazing Israel WILL contact you via email. Throughout the application process we often communicate by email. Sometimes, filters classify our messages as junk mail. Please make sure that your email can accept emails from our main address: amazingisrael@routestravel.com You should add it now to your safe list!
3) I want to travel with my brother (Or sister or best friend or...) how do we do that? We will send you a form to fill out. We try really hard to accomidate friend requests but can not make any promises.
4) How can I reach you guys? The best way is via email at amazingisrael@routestravel.com or you can reach us at 1-800-606-0416. Please note that we are based in Israel and work Sunday-Thursday.
5) I am having problems with my application - now what? Feel free to call or email us, we will try and walk you through it!
6) Really? This is going to be the best 10 days of my life? Yeah. It's going to be AMAZING! We hope to see YOU in Israel THIS winter!
