Guidelines of the Amazing Israel Associate Program
If you recruit 15 people and join the Amazing Israel Associate Program you must meet the following requirements.
a. You must be at least 21 years old.
b. You must send us your resume
c. You must pass our interview process
d. You must be present at our staff orientation
e. You must have previous experience on an Israel program
1. The registration for Taglit-Birthright Israel Winter 2010/2011 round will begin in September and may only continue for a few weeks; therefore you have from now until September to recruit 15 participants. Taglit-Birthright Israel reserves the right to close registration at anytime if the quota of applicants is reached earlier.
2. Amazing Israel will be running trips in December, January and March.
3. In order to be considered for the Free trip back to Israel, the Amazing Israel Associate must register online and must refer 15 or more people through the INSTANT ISRAEL REFERRAL PAGE. The Amazing Israel Associate must input the basic information for his or her people personally. An applicant cannot refer an associate on the Taglit-Birthright Israel application or by any other means.
4. The referred applicants must complete their application, pay their refundable deposits and successfully complete an Taglit-Birthright Israel: Routes Travel - Amazing Israel trip for the Amazing Israel Associate to be credited.
5. There is no possibility to carry over referrals to another recruiting round in order to receive a free trip.
6. The Amazing Israel Associate will be compensated with a free trip back to Israel in the current round of recruiting. The free trip may not be postponed unless otherwise specified by Amazing Israel.
7. Each time an Amazing Israel Associate enters a referral into our INSTANT ISRAEL REFERRAL PAGE, we mark the time and date of the referral. In the event that two Associates refer the same participant, the Associate that entered the name first into our system will be credited with the referral. In any event of confusion, Routes Travel – Amazing Israel reserves the right to decide which Associate will receive the referral credit.
8. The only way in which Amazing Israel can track your referrals, and reward you for your work, is having you enter your referrals on our INSTANT ISRAEL REFERRAL PAGE. Also you will be provided with a special code to be used at registration so we know that people came from you!
9. If in addition to becoming an Amazing Israel Associate and if you are chosen to staff a trip, you will not be permitted to be a staff member on the same group as your friends unless otherwise decided by Amazing Israel.
10. Amazing Israel will give priority to Amazing Israel Associate that have referred 15 people or more but reserves the right to award a free trip to an associate that has shown extra effort in helping to recruit and working with the Amazing Israel office in the USA.
11. Amazing Israel reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the Free trip and departure dates.
12. Amazing Israel reserves the right to make any changes to the mentioned above without prior notice.
13. Amazing Israel reserves the right to refuse any recruiter without explanation before or after the fact.
15. The Amazing Israel Associate will not receive an open plane ticket.
16. Signing up 15 people is not a garuntee that you will receive a free trip.
